The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Earrings for hygiene reasons
Returns and exchange details

I will not refund or replace an order lost in the mail until the buyer has waited a minimum of 2 weeks within the UK and a minimum of 6 weeks for all international orders.
Help - my item has arrived damaged
If your item arrives damaged you need contact us straight away and within 14 days of your order date with photographic evidence of the damage and we will either replace the item or refund in full.
Changed your mind
Please note we cannot accept exchanges for personalised items.
If you have ordered a non-personalised item and change your mind, please contact us within 14 days to let us know. You will need to return the item in it's original packaging within 30 days and I will be happy to refund the cost of the item(s) only. Please note refunds are the price of the item only and not the postage costs.
Payment is via Paypal, this doesn't mean you have to have a Paypal account, you can select the option to pay with your credit card when you arrive at the paypal site.
Import Duty and Taxes
I am happy to ship anywhere in the world, please note that the buyer is responsible for whatever internal customs tax may be due, this will vary from country to country so worth checking with your own Tax office.
Processing times are currently 3-4 days on all orders. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in the mail and ask that customers allow up to 2 weeks for UK orders and 6 weeks for international orders if needed for a special occasion such as a wedding. Next day delivery is available for UK orders only and on orders received before midday, orders recieved after this time will be shipped the next working day.
All of my jewellery is sent boxed, wrapped in tissue and in a postal box so that it should reach you in tip top condition ready for giving as a gift. Gift items are sent in a postal box, some are wrapped in tissue or other materials, please check individuals listings for details.
