Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] maiking sure you give us the order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that personalised or custom orders can not be returned for a refund. 
We also do not accept returns on earrings or ear cuffs due to hygiene reasons.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Packaging

All of products are well packaged and sent in recycled post boxes so that they should reach you in tip top condition ready for giving as a gift.
We occaisonaly use bubble wrap for some out our items by this is made of recycled materials and can be recycled.
We also use paper tape which is made os recyled materials.

We would ask all of our customers to please either re-use our packaging or recyle it responsibly - thank you 


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged you need contact us straight away and within 14 days of your order date with photographic evidence of the damage and we will either replace the item or refund in full.


Order Processing Times

Processing times are currently 3-4 working days on all orders.

Our Next day delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery

We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed in the post and ask that customers allow enough time for orders to reach them if needed for a special occasion such as a wedding.

Next day delivery is available for UK orders, where possible we try to ship these as soon as possible but at busy times the processing time could be 3 working days so please bear this in mind when ordering. 


Undelivered Items

If your order hasn't arrived please firstly check the tracking number on your despatch email and this will indicate if Royal mail still have it.

If your item has been delivered please check the delivery details, there should be a GPS location and a photograph of where Royal mail has delivered it as it could have been left with a neighbour or another family member.
