It measures 22.6 cm or 9 inches in length (including the server and the handle), and 4.4cm or 1 & 7/8 inches at the widest part. It features a serrated edge for cutting and has a flat surface.

It is made from food grade material stainless steel with a mirror polish, and is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable. Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended for optimal quality maintenance.

Suitable for cakes, quiches, pies and pizza.

The design is machine engraved with a diamond tip which scratches into the surface of the metal meaning the design will not fade or wear away and will stand the test of time.
